CALL
FOR PAPERS & POSTERS
Conference
organizers are now accepting proposals for symposia, panels, other
thematic sessions, and workshops on all aspects of Pacific Northwest
anthropology and related disciplines, as well as by Pacific Northwest
anthropologists working in other places. Topics reflecting the conference
theme Celebrating 60 Years of Anthropology in the Northwest are encouraged.
Session organizers are responsible for soliciting and confirming presentations
in their sessions and assembling abstracts of the individual paper
presentations.
A symposium consists
of a thematic session with 5-15 twenty-minute papers usually preceded
by an introduction by the organizer and often concluding with a
discussant. Panel sessions are best suited to address particular
issues. A workshop is an interactive session.
Rooms are equipped with computer and PowerPoint projector and screen. VCR/TV and DVD are not standard. Please specify your needs.
